Christmas Baking
Last week I had the idea for a basket of baked goodies as a present for someone and I decided to fill it full of Christmas themed goodies!
I made gingerbread men strung together with strawberry laces, melted snowman marshmallow cupcakes, and more of the reindeer cake pops.
It was a very busy weekend of baking, but I stuck some Christmas songs on and had some fun. I ended up making way too many gingerbread men (about 60!!) and it took me hours to ice them all but my technique got much better as I went on. The cake pops didn’t take nearly as long as the first time and the cupcakes were a breeze.
Overall, I was pretty pleased with the final product.
